On-prem call scoring for outsourced collections

The score is on the screen before they take off the headset.

Sentinel rates every collection call for quality and compliance the moment it ends — inside the agency's own network. The voice never leaves the building.

The visibility gap

Dozens of agencies. Almost none of it heard.

YOUR OUTSOURCED COLLECTIONS FLOOR2% HEARD
Manual QA hears 1–2 in 100 calls.
50–100

third-party agencies handling your customers' calls, across several countries.

1–2%

of calls a manual QA team can realistically listen to. The rest are unseen.

Days

before a compliance breach surfaces — long after the complaint lands.

What Sentinel does

Three things. Nothing you don't need.

Not a dashboard suite. It scores calls, catches breaches, and puts the worst calls in front of a supervisor. That's the product.

Instant agent scorecard

Seconds after hang-up, a score and two specific coaching notes appear on the agent's screen — help, not surveillance.

Compliance auto-fail

Any critical breach — third-party disclosure, threats, wrong hours — turns the light red and forces a fail, with the timestamped quote as evidence.

Supervisor queue

One screen. Red and amber calls surface first. Click a flag, jump to the moment, read the exact line. No noise.

The path a call takes

From hang-up to score, without leaving the room.

Built for your IT department first

Your control point inside someone else's building.

Sentinel runs on a sealed AI inference box on the agency's own approved network — how you extend your security perimeter into 100 premises you don't own. It maps to CBUAE outsourcing rules: you keep ownership, the processor stays compliant, the data stays put.

AGENCY NETWORK · UNTRUSTED Sealed AI box on-prem · encrypted process in memory store encrypted raw audio never leaves Bank audit revoke scores updates
Audio never leaves. Recordings and transcripts are processed and stored only on the box, encrypted, and auto-expired on your retention clock.
Only scores cross the line. A score and an attestation record are the only things that leave — over mutual TLS, to an endpoint you control.
Sealed against the operator. Full-disk encryption, secure boot, keys bound to the hardware. The agency runs the box; it can't open it or pull data off it.
No standing vendor access. We can't log in at will. Access is broker-mediated, time-boxed, fully logged, break-glass only.
Attest and revoke. Every box continuously proves its state. Quarantine, revoke or wipe any single node instantly.
Who gets in, and what they see

Enterprise identity on every login.

Sentinel runs no passwords of its own. Access rides on your existing enterprise identity, with strong authentication and least-privilege roles — so who touched what is never in question.

◆ IDENTITY & ACCESS
SSO · OpenID Connect

Single sign-on

One enterprise identity. No separate Sentinel login to provision, rotate or leak.

MFA · required

Multi-factor auth

A second factor on every sign-in. A stolen password alone can't get anyone in.

RBAC · least privilege

Role-based access

Each role sees only what it needs. Nothing is shared, nothing is over-scoped.

Audit · full trail

Named-identity log

Every login and action is tied to a real person and recorded — nothing anonymous.

LEAST-PRIVILEGE ROLES — WHO SEES WHAT
Agent
Their own scorecards and coaching notes. Nothing from other agents.
Supervisor
Their team's queue, flagged calls and the moments behind each flag.
Bank auditor
Read-only compliance evidence and appliance attestation across agencies.
Speed you can size on

Fifteen seconds, one box per floor.

Sized for a typical 60–80 agent floor: three-minute calls, forty calls per agent per day.

Two ways to buy

Own the box, or rent the outcome.
